2. Use of Services

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, travel documents, and other personal data.
  • Follow all healthcare provider and hospital guidelines and protocols during your treatment.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations in India during your stay.
  • Understand and agree that Heal Yatra is not responsible for the outcome of medical treatments or procedures performed by healthcare providers.

3. Medical Services Disclaimer

Heal Yatra is not a healthcare provider. We facilitate medical treatment by connecting patients with hospitals and specialists in India. However, the medical advice, treatments, and procedures are provided by licensed healthcare professionals and hospitals. Heal Yatra is not responsible for the success or failure of any medical treatment.

  • Medical Decisions: All medical diagnoses, procedures, and treatments are the responsibility of the healthcare provider. We do not provide any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment ourselves.
  • Medical Risks: You acknowledge that medical treatments involve risks, and it is your responsibility to discuss these risks with the healthcare provider.

4. Booking and Payment
